This May's Superfood Festival focuses on Chile Peppers, which are members of the capscium family.  This group of peppers vary in levels of spiciness based on the amount of the antioxidant, capsaicin they contain.

This includes peppers such: ancho, bell pepper, cayenne, cherry, habanero, jalapeno, paprika, pimiento, scotch bonnet, serrano.
