How do I download the mobile app?
The RA KITCHEN app is available for iOS and Android devices.  For iOS devices, go to the App Store, search for Thrive and download.  For Android devices, search Thrive (no space).


I am a first time user.  How do I register?

If registering on your desktop:

  1. Click 'Register' at the top right
  2. Complete your 'Basic Profile'
    *Be sure to use a personal email address.  Do NOT use your UBS email address. 
    *Do not insert '1' before your 10-digit mobile phone number.  Do NOT insert a desk/landline number as the text message alerting you that your order is ready will not reach you.
  3. Complete your 'Address Detail'
    *Be sure to use the billing address associated with the credit/debit card you will use. 
  4. A confirmation email from Spoonity will be sent to the email address you had provided. 

If registering on your mobile phone:

  1. After download is complete, open the app on your phone
  2. Click 'Register'
  3. Complete the form fields
    *Be sure to use a personal email address.  Do NOT use your UBS email address. 
    *Do not insert '1' before your 10-digit mobile phone number.  Do NOT insert a desk/landline number as the text message alerting you that your order is ready will not reach you. 
  4. A confirmation email from Spoonity will be sent to the email address you had provided.


How do I place an order?

  1. Log in with your username/password 
  2. Click 'Order Online'
  3. Select the date and time you would like to pick up your order
  4. Click 'Continue' or 'Order from Favorites' if you have previously save an order as a Favorite
  5. Select your item(s) and click, 'Add to Cart'
  6. Click 'Checkout'
  7. Select 'Pay with Credit Card' and enter in the requested information
    *You have the option to 'Remember Card for Future Use'
  8. Two confirmation emails will be sent to the email address your provided during registration, notifying:
    *Your order was submitted
    *Order was successfully received


How do I set up payment?
Credit and debit card setup will occur in the checkout section, once you are ready to place your order.  You can opt to save your credit/debit card information for future uses. 



How do I edit/delete items in my cart?

Tap on the item in the cart that you'd like to update.  The prompts 'Update' and 'Delete' will appear.  Tap on one to proceed with the change.  



How do I make an item a 'Favorite'?
After you purchase an item(s), you will be taken to the 'Order Summary Page.'  Select 'Save as Favorite'.



How do I view my past Orders and Favorites?
  1. Click the gear (top right)
  2. Click 'My Profile'
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page.  Here you can view your past 'Orders' and 'Favorites' by tapping on each tab



Can I delete my account?
Yes.  On your account page, tap your name then, 'Account Options.'  Scroll to the bottom and click 'Delete My Account.'
