Go with Your Gut


I like to think of the gut as a second brain. The gut controls many factors such as sleep, stress and digestion which in turn can impact other aspects like heart health, brain health, immunity, skin, and hormone levels. Prebiotics and probiotics play key roles in maintaining levels of good bacteria in the gut.
