Counting calories is not a bad thing if it works for you. Although I like to emphasize quality of calories over quantity of calories, in the end, calories do matter. But hear me out! If the calories are coming from quality foods like vegetables, please relax and don’t count them! Just enjoy them.
There’s nothing more nutrient-dense than vegetables as they have antioxidants, fiber, vitamins and minerals. The more color you can bring to your plate the better so when eating the rainbow, forget the counting.
