Arugula Cantaloupe and Blackberry Salad with Honey-Lime Vinaigrette and Feta

Ingredients
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 Tbsp, 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 6 cups Arugula
- 2 cups Cantaloupe Chunks
- 1 cup Fresh Blackberries
- ¼ cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
- ¼ cup Fresh Red Onions, ⅛” Sliced
Method
- Combine honey, lime juice and olive oil for a broken vinaigrette. Set aside.
- Wash and dry al produce. Place 6 cups of arugula into a serving bowl. Top with cantaloupe, blackberries, feta and red onion. Drizzle with dressing.
