Calling All Chocolate Lovers
Chocolate comes from cocoa. Cocoa comes from a tree. Trees are plants. So chocolate = salad basically.
In all seriousness, dark chocolate contains heart healthy flavonoids which is a fancy way of saying “full of antioxidants.” The antioxidant power found in dark chocolate can help reduce inflammation, improve blood flow and boost mood and concentration. I may or may not be eating chocolate as we speak.
Quick Tip: To avoid eating too much chocolate, melt it and drink it instead ;)
