Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ⅔ cup shredded coconut
- ½ cup flax seeds, ground
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ⅓ cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients together until well combined. Break into 40 even pieces and roll each into a ball. Serve at room temperature.
